I turn business into product. Product into code. No noise in between.
Software engineer, 20 years of experience. My specialty is walking into complex situations and walking out with working product. I understand the business problem, cut what doesn't matter, and build what solves it. With lean teams and zero bureaucracy.
At Juntos Somos Mais, I built 2 apps in 15 days to replace a consultancy's system whose contract was ending. I took technical leadership, earned the CTO's trust, and led an 18-month migration with the system running in production. The team won the best delivery award that year. Years later, I came back to lead the platform team and shipped projects with direct impact across all teams and products.
At Setta, tech team with 5 developers and product spinning for 6 months. I stepped in, cut scope, kept 1 dev, and in 2 months the app was in the stores. The startup shut down a year later as a business decision, but it tested the thesis fast instead of burning more runway.
At IW, as CTO, I mapped 20 years of legacy no one fully understood. Shipped 4 projects in one year, including the SSO to unify hundreds of thousands of users. Others had tried before and it was deprioritized. I showed the value, designed the solution, and shipped it.
I founded Codar.me, a programming school with my wife. 70k devs reached, 700 students. A student who went from zero to a R$7k job. A company that created a position just to hire our student.
Today, 95% of the code I write is AI-assisted. It's not a shortcut, it's leverage. Coding with AI lets me move faster without sacrificing quality. And I can teach teams to operate the same way.
